Do NOT waste your time at this dump. They try to scam you and your insurance company with false billing codes and charges. They were extremely argumentative and I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
I've reported them to the Illinois States Attorney along with the Illinios Department of Professional Regulations.
