I love Dr. Jones. Her staff are always professional. They all make you feel like you are family. I recently had a miscarriage and one of her staff members, Mz.Joann, talked with me and really helped me out because I felt like I was about to loose my mind. I have never had a problem with anybody that works for Dr. Jones. Before I went under for surgery, I asked Dr Jones, where is the music you normally play. ( I had surgery last year and she had praise and worship music playing which calmed my spirit).
She went and got her Iphone and played me some praise and worship music before I went under for surgery. I am truly blessed to have a Doctor like Dr. Jones. I recommend her to anybody. She truly understands.

I have been a patient of Dr Monique Jones' for several years now and I am extremely pleased with Dr. Jones, her staff, the office location, waiting area and wait time. You are in and out of this office in a timely fashion. The overall demeanor of Dr. Jones and the staff in ALWAYS nice and pleasant. Dr. Jones will answer and has answered ALL of my questions and makes sure that I understand the answers. She is an excellent gyne surgeon as well. Even though I dread going to a physician's office for check-ups, I don't mind my appointments with Dr. Jones because whatever my issue or concerns are at the time of my visit, I know I will leave the office with a clear understanding of my women's health. They treat you with dignity all while maintaining your privacy. I have referred several family and friends to Dr. Jones and they have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Jones and the entire staff. When it comes to your health, Dr. Jones is the physician you want to have in your corner.

They demostrated a great respect for my privacy. I was so impressed with their responses to my needs. All my questions were answered, and I feel confident I am receiving the best of care. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, and a great means of filling out forms at your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I believe they are an absolute expert in the field. I feel safe being in their care and am confident in their ability to provide me with the health service I need.
