The most unprofessional office staff that I have ever seen, Dr. Croitoru I believe is a good doctor. One of the problems is that when she makes a recommendation for you to do a test you have 30 days to comply. This is not possible for me to do because of my work schedule; I wanted a second opinion which I was not able to get within the 30 day window. I was also on current new medications with this doctor and they refused to get me in contact with the nurse because I had questions about reactions that I was having with the medicine. They also refused to send my records to my new doctor that I had to choose because I needed help with my medications. This office does not care about you, the patient, I do not know what they do care about but it is not about you or being professional.
