Bottom line: unprofessional and hard to get an appointment. I called and got an appointment for therapy/counseling for the next day, which was great. The first visit with the therapist, Dina O'brien, went well and she appeared professional. We scheduled to meet on the same day the following week. I was also told after the first visit that I would be referred to a nurse whom would call me within a couple of days and set up an appointment for medication, as this therapist was unable to. A few days later I called and they said the nearest appointment was about a month away. A few days before my 2nd appointment with Dina, I called and asked to reschedule and to delete that appointment from the system and to to see if I would be able to be rescheduled for sometime later in the week or the week. They told me to call the therapist directly, which I did and left a message. The next day, I got a call back saying that I should seek treatment elsewhere. I asked why and they explained that they didn't have any appointments available until December or possibly January. I said I had an appointment for this week with the therapist and needed to reschedule and they insisted that the therapist was booked solid until December or January. I thought this was strange, because I was under the impression that I would visit the therapist once a week. They hung up on me several times while I was trying to get an explanation and essentially told me that I need to go somewhere else because they wouldn't have any appointments with therapists available until December and possibly even January (it's October now). I said what about the appointment with the nurse for the 18th and they said that's been filled too and to call back in a couple of months.
