The vet care is good but the communication to get a prescription started is a joke. They won’t provide you a written prescription and then when you ask a pharmacy to fill the order you are told by the pharmacy that you need a prescription from the vet.
Secondly, good luck getting any vet food prescriptions filled when ordering through Chewy. Either they are lost or never go through their fax #.

I found the office staff to be very helpful and carrying of my pet. Dr. Gerhart, got back to me with a test result the same day, and was very good in explaining everything to me. I went to him on a friends recommendation, and was not disappointed.
