The front desk is the worst!! Dr. Anderson needs to fire her and find a receptionist who actually gives a damn about the patients!

They provide the right balance of care because they not only are extremely knowledgeable they also have common sense. They care about your pet and they understand the concerns of pet owners.

Staff is always very friendly to me and loves my dog when I bring him in. I am never pressured to buy products or services that aren't necessary, and can always get in easily for routine procedures. I have brought my dog to Dr. Anderson for an emergency, and everything was handled promptly and I was very satisfied with the results of my dog's care. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

They have the absolute rudest front desk people you will ever encounter! They won't fax prescriptions you want to buy from online pet pharmacies because they want you to buy only their medications and if they do.....they'll give you a hard time about it and charge you $5! I brought in a video of my cat doing a very strange 'reverse sneeze' and asked if the doctor would look at it. The receptionist went to check and came back with "Absolutely not without paying for an appointment." I later found a vet who had never met me in my life to watch the video and comment on it. They are all about the money. Take your pet elsewhere!
