My pet and I didn't have to wait long in the appointment room at all. I appreciated that they were able to get my pet in quickly. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Staff were very welcoming and great with the animals.
