Great practice! We absolutely loved our experience there. Brought my daughter for ADHD testing and accommodations and got tested last minute, while it would have taken 1 month wait elsewhere. Dr. Sara Whiting was very professional and my daughter did not feel stressed or intimidated.

***** ATTENTION PLEASE READ TO THE BOTTOM & BEWARE OF THIS PLACE***

THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM ONE STAR IS BECUASE I COULD NOT POST THIS WARNING WITHOUT DOING SO!!!!

Building trust in a Psychologist is the most important step in seeking help for your child/family. Premier Psychological Servies IS NOT WHERE I WOULD WASTE MY TIME AND ENERGY BUILDING THAT TRUST. They do not take the best interest of their patients to heart. They have caused nothing but problems in our family & with other families I have meet since going to see them. They have had to reschedule my daughters appointments countless times and when we had to reschedule due to either sickness or transportation issues (only 3 times in over 6 months ~ seeing the doctor every week) they said "They would have to refer my daughter out because we had to reschudle too many times". I have spent 6 months helping my duaughter build trust in this place and to have them turn their backs on a child because of having to reschudle 3 times is absurd!!! I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND TRUST WITH THESE PEOPLE. That is just one issue we have had with them. The most important issue I have with this facility is that their staff was talking about my daughters case with other staff memember (the person that takes the phone calls ~ she clearly does not need to know any personal information about my daughters issues that brought us there) and when I got the report about the specific problem that brought us there it WAS WRONG AND HAD TO BE REDONE but not before they had faxed the wrong report to other doctors. So for the 1st 3 months of seeking help from these people they did not even have the correct story to help my daughter! Please for you child/families sake do more searching for a better facility that does not set your family back further than when you started seeking help!!!!!!!!!
