Did this psychologist use excessive foul language?

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I left my appointment feeling very hopeful and optimistic. I was very pleased with the way it went.
