Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. And once I did get into the office, the wait was over an hour long. Sometimes I'm there for a good 2-3 hours. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. The office is not handicap accessible what-so-ever!! And the bathroom is extremely unsanitary. The lady that does the urine screenings is rude and unprofessional. She eats her food while she handles urine samples and takes care of patients. I've recently changed Doctors, this place is a joke.....sad, actually.
