I love going to Live Well and working with Dr. Martin. Working with him has totally transformed my health! The office is calm and welcoming and he is very approachable and takes time to really listen to me and provide practical helpful direction that I can understand and implement. This is the first doctor's office I have been to that has really helped me understand why I am having the digestive problems that I'm having, and he is helping me fix them from the inside out rather than just giving me a prescription. I wholeheartedly recommend this doc.

I just went to see Dr Martin for a meditation teaching session. It was pretty general, simple and easy to understand, and I tried implementing the strategies right away; but I've been unable to keep up the meditative lifestyle to be honest. It didn't really hope curb my anxiety. Although I may not have given it a fair shot.
