This stupid survery blocked the phone number I needed to call the vision center and I could not close the popup. Why can't you make these things less intrusive? This was a big inconvenience and is the only thing that reflected poorly on the excellent Vision Center.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their staff is very friendly and professional. My eye exam was painful. The optical equipment they used hurt my eyes and It took me a while to be able to see again.
I wasn’t overly impressed with this optometrist’s waiting room area. The room wasn’t inviting and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable to wait in.
They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
