Had to take my Shitzu there on a holiday weekend. They checked him as soon as I arrived and he had to stay over. Dr. was thorough as he could be. Could have been allergic reaction to insect bite but not sure. He is fine now and my experience was satisfactory.

The staff answer calls right away and always encourage you to bring in your pet for evaluation. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable; however, they can be distant and almost too "professional" and clinical.
Questions are answered in an almost repetitive fashion. As a healthcare professional I expect more indepth answers than a non-healthcare proffesional.
The hospital is very clean and the staff is prompt. Very expensive but their prices are competitive with other ER vets
