They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
