Taken several pets there and not always had issues but today really took me over the edge. Waited over two months for an appointment to get two kittens spayed/neutered. Had to keep them separated so that we do not end up with more kittens. Taken turns locking up one of the cats for two months now to prevent more kittens which is really not fair to the cats. Finally today the day came to get them fixed and they refuse to take them because my mother made the appointment so she has to be the one to drop them off. She is in the hospital after 7 hours of surgery yesterday and obviously can't make it today or anytime soon. So they said I would be put on the list again and we are probably looking at January at this point, It is mid October!! I think this is not only unacceptable but utterly ridiculous. Keep in mind that the fees for the neutering/spaying were paid in advance. Can't say I have ever had any issues with the Vet themselves but the people up front and the assistants are totally clueless and often time rude and obnoxious. Being from NYC I thought that i would not come across those types of people here in WV but this place reminds me of home and that is not a good thing. Do not think I will be going back there again and also out for the cost of 2 cats getting spayed/neutered. And worst of all I still have to keep the cats separated till I figure out if there is anyone in this state that can spay a cat.
