I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me and my family during a tough time we have been having with my own fathers medical issues (cancer).
Thank you all for saving my little 5lb Pomeranian, Koukla. No other vets would giver her a chance when she was diagnosed with Pyomitra. Other vets wanted us to put her to sleep and charge 2-3000$ for her surgery and East Goshen Veterinary Hospital charged way less and were so reasonable. They even were very nice when I would call about her progress. I recomend them now to everyone! Thank you so much to all that work there! XOXOXOXO

Our family has been going to Dr. Hitchens for at least 18 years. First with our bunny and now with our dog. She has only been compassionate, professional and extremely caring to our animals. I am so happy we found her even though we have to travel at least 25 minutes to see her when we have 3-5 animal hospitals that are much closer. Our dog boards there when we go away and though we have taken him to the upscale, hotel places that are now available for dogs, he was never comfortable there. Also have tried the animal hospitals closer to us but they all felt impersonal. The staff at East Goshen Vet is incredible- friendly, loving. Always feel that we're leaving our dog in the best possible hands. We would never go anywhere else.

I did not enjoy my experience with this vet. From the very beginning they started charging me for more things than I wanted. I originally scheduled my new puppy and my cat to go at the same time and I was charged twice for seeing the vet when the cat was only suppose to get a rabies shot! Also throughout the appointment she was forcing one thing after another on me for my puppy. By the time I left I had to pay over $100 more than it was supposed to be because of "hidden" charges for the items she made me get and for the $50 vet visit for the cat that just needed her rabies shot. The dr is a good vet, but if you go here be aware of being taken advantage of. I personally will not be returning

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
