I have very difficult veins to explore for a blood test and need them often because I have several illnesses where doctors must check my blood levels such as diabetes and high cholesterol. The people at the lab always make sure that they have the right needles for my collapsing veins and take all precautions to assure that I will not get black and blue afterwards. Kim, who works there, is one of the very best there is.
