As a First Time Patient... I was very impressed with the staff and care of our pet. They offer 2 options while waiting to be seen. You can sit in waiting room or you can wait in your vehicle and the staff will call on cell to come in thru front door (or back door for aggressive pets). I was impressed with the importance each patient is treated,,, even though i had a long wait due to weather/illness, the staff & vet still took their time to answer all questions thoroughly, the VET didn't rush you in&out, each patient was handled with care and patience.. I will continue to come back. Remeber to try and make an appointment it will speed the process along, if you can't wait in the waiting room with your pet just ask the staff.. they try very hard to accomodate your needs.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff always treats me well. They make me feel like they're really glad I'm there. The waiting room was a pleasure. It smelled and looked very clean. Over the years with this vet we have put down two of our dogs. The staff were wonderful and understanding. Our sorrow was theirs also.

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
