Terrible customer service. Promised a call back in an hour...still waiting. I will be contacting insurance company tomorrow to find a different provider. Their aerocare supply replacement is no better. Totally unhappy.E

I got a CPAP from them that was covered by my insurance, but I had a copay and I paid an amount in advance . I was supposed to try the machine and return it before 30 days if I didn't like it. Which is exactly what happened because I could not tolerate the machine. They promised me to give me back my money since it's not rent .but they refused to give me back the money and said this is for the service we gave you in the office ( like trying masks and stuff) which is a big lie because this is not what they told me in the beginning when they were trying to force the machine on me. Very unprofessional I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am currently renting to own a CPAP machine from Vitacare. During my consult with them I was advised that my contract agreement will be 10 months then the machine would be mine. Now after 10 months they are telling me that I was informed incorrectly and they will bill me for 13 months or until the insurance company caps them. After reviewing my agreement they did not list any terms or purchase price. So I have no other choice but to continue to pay out of pocket until the insurance company hits their cap and stops paying. So I recommend before signing any contract or agreement that you get in writing your cost or terms. Also be aware of ordering supplies. You should get any costs in writing as well. I had ordered supplies for my machine and was told that I should not owe anything but turned out to owe nearly $150 out-of-pocket.
