They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
