Very long wait times with an appointment. I felt I was being rushed like the vet had other things to do. It didn't take me too long to realize that they did not have the knowledge or experience to help my pet. They couldn't help my pet with all the procedures they needed done and I had to go somewhere else. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was left with a sick pet and no answers. They were going to look into other options for treating my pet and get back to me, but no one ever did.

They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They found care for my kitty even though I was financially unable to pay at the moment. They cared about all of us as a whole family.
