They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
