Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

I had to wait for a little while.

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
