I paid 46.00 to get my hair cut blow dried and flat iron... 46.00!! They charged me 20.00 to flat iron my hair and it only to my chin.. refused refund but forced a 20.00 gift card on me to use in their store again.. go figure! I have had my hair cut there many times but the same chick and this time she decided to rock my world and charge a huge price which they don't even have on their pricing board. It just fell out of the sky apparently. She didn't tell me that it would be extra and what a shocker when she gave me my total. I called high and low end salons in town and the high end were around 35 bucks and the low was around 26.. beware.. horrible customer service and prices.
