We have the greatest therapy department, nurses are great they work hard, and the CNA's are good. I feel comfortable here! Our house keeping is good too! Jas is doing great. All the upper management, activities department and the kitchen!

We were grateful to be accepted at this facility because subacute facilities are limited in the area. The staff was professional in dealing with my husband who recently was ventilator dependent with a trach and had extreme anxiety. Unfortunately he was sent out to the hospital and hoping a bed will be available for his return upon discharge. This place is awesome!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Rudest staff ever!!!! My father was treated horribly!!! He is in there recovering from a hip replacement surgery and they have repeatedly pushed his knee up past the 90 degree limitation for no reason. They hurt him when moving him from chair to bed. They haven't move him out of bed for 3+ days....not even into a wheel chair to sit up!!! When visiting my dad, the nurses and physical therapist don't talk at all or explain anything.
