Not the best place to be rehabilitated for crippled seniors. Long waits for attention for needs. Communications when shift changes in staff are poor at best. Clients have waited for help for over half an hour after calling for help. Meetings are planned by staff without patients being notified ahead of time but families are.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
