When I was hit in the head with a frisbee and was having headaches he did not know what was wrong. Since he did not "Know" what was wrong he asked if I had a history of migranes in my family. I told him that I did have a history of migranes in my family. He said that he did not know what was wrong so it was probably an onset of a migrane. I went home with migrane medication which made my headache worse. My mom called the next day to get the medication fixed. That medication did not work either. I ended up going to get a CT scan because my family doctor requested it. That came out normal so we had to schedule an appointment with our local doctor's office. I could't get in with anyone else besides Dr. Q so I went to the ER and got Tylenol 3 which worked. I was to set up an appointment with our local doctor's office so I decided to insist on seeing my family doctor. After all of this it turned out to be whiplash. Pretty sad for a doctor not to know how to diagnose whiplash!!
