Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
