I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

They had signs in the waiting room designating "sick" children, should wear masks. But I didn't really notice anyone following it. It wasn't really enforced. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed out-of-date. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
