Dr. Fernandez had been my doctor for 30 yrs. He & his staff were wonderful, caring, patient, helpful and just nice people. I'm really sad that he retired, no one can replace him & staff.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Not really, it wasn't very clean

Yes, they could have waited
