Dr. Beck is very thorough and personable. He explains things in ways that are easy to understand and will even draw pictures to help you see what is happening or going to happen. I've never had to wait very long to see him despite the office being busy. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful also. Definitely recommend him to anyone!

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. They definitely weren't friendly. They were cold and not very polite.

Dr. Beck of Lubbock Urology Click, shame on you! What happened to your integrity? I refered a friend to you and you charge them for surgurey they did not have. You charge them for office visits where you fail to show up. You place a tube in them for the last 3 months and now you tell my friend to find another doctor. I knew you growing up. Very Disappointing!
