I had the worst experience! 1st- unfriendly staff who provided no introductions or direction as I was brought into his cluttered office to wait. No introduction from Dr Tran, he only asked me where is my pain and interrupted me when I tried, telling me to point to pictures. He told me to lie down so he could inject me...no explanation! I hesitated and explained I would like to know what he was going to do, he refused and ranted about crazy things that had nothing to do with him or me and would never let me talk! My mother and I just walked out! Shameful way to treat anyone, much less a new patient seeking help.I am an RN and encourage everyone to always self-advocate and never agree to any procedure unless you are comfortable and have been provided information and answers. He refused to do this!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

No, there weren't many to choose from

I've been to a few different doctors, and they were definitely one of the best. I was very impressed. I think Dr Tran hung the moon. I went in for backmpai could not walk and now walk up to 2.5 miles per day. He is wonderful.
