I'm so relieved! I really felt 'heard'. They listened to me and asked lots of questions. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled fine in there and looked immaculate. . They are clearly an expert in the field. I felt totally safe and confident in their care. They always get you an appointment set right up. They return phone calls in a timely manor. They are an excellent dr office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Dr. Hicks was sympathetic to all of my husbands and my needs and concerns..... This is a 5* Doctor.......

In the early 90's Robert Hicks worked for Intergroup in Arizona. I saw him for HPV, which involved my labia.
I was hospitalized for a biopsy- when I woke from surgery he had removed my entire labia. With in weeks, he had left the state- I can only suppose this was his way of closing the patient case so he could leave the state. There was not informed consent- I was not aware of the outcome of the procedure.
I was in my early 30's. I have not been able to have sexual intercourse since- 3/93. I could have sued but was too ashamed of the disfigurement. A case would have required "show and tell". I went thru therapy to help with living being mutilated.
It is only near 20 yrs later I can even speak of it. Just wanted to let you know the impact Dr Robert Hicks has had on my life.
