I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
