I have been seeing Dr Calabrese for years, but as of late, the treatment that I have been receiving is sub par. She doesn't even return phone calls. Today I called because my blood pressure was 187/96 and I needed to know what to do since I can't get an appointment until Monday. I called at 12pm and never received a return phone call from the Dr or her staff.

I felt the physical exam was not thorough at all--just took blood pressure and pulse, listened to heart, did an EKG, and ordered lab work. Breast exam was "weird" - just lifted up bra cups and pushed a couple of times (not thorough). More disappointed with office, though--uncomfortably hard chairs with rounded backs and very narrow aisle from doctor's office back to the lab. Receptionists were asking patients for personal information from the waiting room desk - where anyone in the waiting room could hear them, rather than having the patient fill out a form with the information or talking to them inside the office (away from other patients).I have heard good things about this doctor, but was personally disappointed at my first visit. Will likely give her another chance, in case she was having a rough day...or may just find another office with more comfortable chairs, room to walk comfortably (to the lab), and more privacy for patient information.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
