Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, they made everyone sit together

My child absolutely loves John Braico, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.

Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
