I came in to see the doctor on a Friday..they all were sitting around talking to each other loud and caring on. when I ask for helpthe lady just looked at me uncouple laughing. she said me you snooze you loser move

I have been a patient at this doctor's office for six years. I think Dr. Autz is a knowledgable and caring doctor. Whenever I had a concern. He was very attentive and gave me referrals to great doctors. I also liked the clinic style and felt if I had a medical issue I could just show up without an appointment even if I had to wait 2-3 hours it worked for me. With all this being said I have decided to change doctors offices and go to a new primary care physician. My reason has nothing to do with Dr. Autz it has to do with the office staff and nurses. I feel that a lot of them have made too many mistakes and are rude. There have been times when I have been referred to other specialty doctors and the office has failed to put the referral and I am at my appointment waiting for it and have to call Care One Medical to ask them to put it through which ends up being several phone calls. There also seems to be a huge turnover of reception staff and nurses. Every time I am there there are new faces. The office though renovated in the past few years seems to have a dirtiness to it (the exam rooms). Overall I find the Dr. Autz to be great doctor but find that the office and staff even the Physician Assistants seems to lack professionalism.
