I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. I noted that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but that wasn't too big of an issue for me. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
