They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much
