The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
