Dr. Burke agreed to provide simultaneous care with a midwife at our first visit. Despite having seen him for prenatal care on 4 occasions in addition to following up with the nurse midwife, when it came time to provide a prescription for rhogam, Dr. Burke has refused to provide this necessary and needed care unless the patient delivers her baby with him in the hospital. In essence, he is holding the rhogam for ransom! He agreed to provide this service up front at the first visit. If he had a problem with it, he should have made this known at the first visit NOT 28 weeks later!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they went above and beyond
