Easy to make an appointment. Hygenist was genuinely friendly. They diagnosed my problem, which I couldve just told them. The doctor was unshaven and had an abrupt manner. They made a referral to someone who didn't take my insurance. They wouldn't clean my teeth until I had other work done, which I had to put off because of the enormous cost. They want to charge me up front for things my insurance says they cover. Their dental plan for me is to get their money now. Not helpful on the phone, except the one young man.

After searching for quite a while in the DFW area, for a dentist that did not want to charge more than normal and customary charges, for the basic cleaning and xrays which my insurance pays for, I found Dr. Edmundson and his wonderful staff. (It seems like many of the dentist in this area, are more interested in owning their building and renting part of it out, than practicing and helping people!!) The office staff handles all of the insurance info, the office is nice and comfortable, the smiles from everyone are appreciated, as the hygienists assist you with good dental health and your own smile! They have all of the newest equipment (I miss the spit bowl though!), and very thorough cleaning and exam. (The only negative is that you are forced to look at the hygienists pretty eyes while they clean your teeth and gums!!)
