WARNING!!! Regarding Dr Kevin McMillen, dentist in Delmont, PA. He "fixed" my dad's dentures, the tooth fell out again a couple weeks later and when my dad went back to get them fixed correctly...THEY REFUSED TO FIX THEM UNTIL HE PAYS HIS BILL FOR THE PREVIOUS REPAIR!! THE REPAIR THAT FAILED!! The kicker is, THEY KEPT HIS TOOTH AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT BACK UNTIL HE PAYS THE BILL. I AM ALL KINDS OF ANGRY!!! They never told him that they don't accept Medicare, Jennifer (his secretary) said she ran his insurance through the computer and his insurance would pay 50% but THEN it was rejected because Dr McMillen does not participate in Medicare. Jennifer said that she sees so many patients, she doesn't know who is on Medicare and who isn't. YOU CANT FIGURE OUT THAT A 72 YEAR OLD MAN IS ON MEDICARE?? His insurance says that when she checked his coverage in the computer, it says right on the 1st page that they are not a participating provider. Now he owes $300 and has a missing tooth. I feel that this office was misleading, uncaring and rude to an elderly man, everything you look for in a dentist. Not to mention their incompetence in repairing the dentures properly in the first place! Beware that's all I can say, you have been warned.
