They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
