do not get dentures here,and if you pay in advance and not satyisfyed,you need to fight to get ur money back.i now have no dentures and can not get my money back. stay away

I went to A-1 Dental for my 1st appointment with an oral surgeon. My appointment was scheduled for 3:15, but I did not get called back until about 4:45. When they brought me back for my appointment, the woman/nurse? was unsure of what room I should go to. So,she checks a few rooms then finally finds one available. However, before I could sit down she says to follow her, which I did, and we end up where their x-ray machine is. I asked why we were there and she replied that she needs to get an x-ray. Now, before this appointment they brought me in to see one of their regular dentists and took x-rays and some notes about my reason for needing to see an oral surgeon. then the dentist tells me I need to make an appointment with an oral surgeon, which I already knew and had scheduled this appointment to see one. So, I asked why I was seeing her if I had asked for an appointment for an oral surgeon. They explained it as being their policy to have all patients see a dentist before they will refer you to an oral surgeon. I was so annoyed, but I had no choice except to make an appointment with the oral surgeon, which is where we are today. So,after I told the young woman all of this, she goes to speak with another nurse(?) then leads me to another room, where I wait another 15-20 minutes. (It is now after 5PM.) Finally I meet the oral surgeon who actually seems competent despite the office's obvious lack of organization, leadership, and trained staff. After I repeated everything I told the dentist at my first visit, to the oral surgeon, he asked me a few questions then came up with a treatment plan for my Osteocronosis of the Jaw (ONJ). So,I have to go back in 6 weeks to see the oral surgeon and check on the ONJ to see if it is healing. I'm not looking forward to my next visit at A-1 Dental, after all the chaos and confusion I've experienced thus far, but I dont really have a choice since they are the only place in the area that accepts my insurance. I guess we will just have to wait and see how my next appointment goes. I will be writing another review after my next visit. I hope they manage better than they did at my 1st and 2nd appointments.

Dr. B is wonderful, thorough, original, and competent. That's very hard these days. I doubt you'll find someone you'll trust more~ Just don't hog up all the appointments :-)

I've been a patient of Dr. Sindhu G. for several years now. She is FANSTASTIC!! I cannot possibly say enough good things about her and her dental techniques! I have had A LOT of work done and she always does a GREAT job!!!
