They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. DO NOT GO THERE THESE PEOPLE ARE BUTCHERS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR TEETH AND CONVINCE YOU TO DO FILLINGS YOU DO NOT NEED I HAD A WOMAN DENTIST THERE SHE IS HORRIBLE I CAME IN FOR A ROOT CANAL AND LEFT WITH 8 UNESSACESSARY FILLINGS SHE PRESSED ALL HER BODY WEIGHT WHILE FILLING A TOOTH CRACKED IT FILED ALL THE TIPS OFF MY TEETH OFF SLOPPY WORK AND MADE A HORRIBLE PROBLEMS I HAD NO CAVITIES SHE CONVINCED ME I NEED FILLINGS WHEN I HAD VERY STRONG TEETH AND NORMAL PITS SHE PROCEEDED TO FILL SHE DESTROYED MY TEETH IT IS 1 YEAR NOW AND THE SIDE OF MY MOUTH SHE FILLED BLEADS CONSTANTLY stay AWAY FROM THE WOMAN DENTIST IN THERE SHE DID THIS AND MILKED MY INSURANCE WHEN I CAME IN FOR 1 ROOT CANAL Muslima Khandakar

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I ended up with a high filling.they put cotton inside for my root canal and didn't let me choose my filling type.they get all rushed and leave you in the room when there done.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
