If you have children who need more than a cleaning, I do not recommend here. Dr. Grossman did not even give my child (who was admittedly nervous) a topical anesthetic to pull a tooth that had a long root (as shown in xray). The tooth needed to be pulled for ortho reasons but wa not loose. The dental assistant and dr. were unsympathetic to my child who silently cried. When a dentist unwraps surgical equipment (i.e. dental pliers) to pull a tooth, an anesthetic is to be used for any child. Beware of dentists who are not conversive or sympathetic to your child.

Visits are always prompt and efficient. Hygienists are kind, pleasant and highly experienced. Dentists are knowledgeable, current on latest technologies and equipment. This is a well run office. Almost seems like an assembly line at times. One dentist is a sweetheart, while the other is a little too full of himself. He knows it and is a bit of a chauvinist towards his staff. Unfortunately customers see this, too.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. The rooms are nicely appointed. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients, especially kids. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.
