They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. DON'T use this guy, he refuses to talk to you on the phone, and will not make an appointment to discuss options. He only lets his staff talk to you about personel issues. Also the office is outdated, and dirty. If you dont belive me. make the appontment and see for yourself.

This dentist is a joke. I went there with a bump on my lip. His advice was to "bite it off, that's what I did!" Turns out I needed oral surgery to remove it. Then, there was some discoloration on my tooth after he bonded it. He made me feel like I was crazy, was completely rude, and while I was pointing it out to him and talking about it, he left the room and yelled "SHE'S DONE" to the receptionist. So rude. Worst dentist on the planet.

avoid if you can, installed crown which broke after permanently installed while sitting in the chair, would not refund the money, doesn't want to fix it, worst dentist i dealt with my entire life

THIS DENTIST IS HORRIBLE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISATISFIED AND SCARED TO GO TO THE DENTIST AS I WAS TO GO BACK TO HIM. THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO HIM I WAS DISGUGSTED. THE CLEANING INSTRUMENTS WERE NOT CLEAN AND HE HAD TO TELL HIS DA TO CLEAN THEM. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT POLITE AT ALL. UNFORTUNATLY I HAD TO GET A CAVITY FILLED AND I NEVER EXPERIENCED A DENTIST WHO WAS SOO ROUGH WHILE DOING SO. EVER SINCE THAT VISIT MY MOUTH WAS KILLING ME. I CALLED ABOUT A WEEK AND 1/2 LATER AND HE PRESCRIBED AN ANTIBIOTIC THAT DID NOT HELP - A MONTH LATER I WAS STILL IN SOOO MUCH PAIN AND DREADED GOING BACK TO HIM BUT HAD NO CHOICE. I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG- MADE AN APPT AN WHEN I GOT TO THE APPT HE WOULD NOT SEE ME B/C HE SAID THAT I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL(WHICH HE NEVER TOLD ME) AND MY INSURANCE DENIED IT - SO HE WOULDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME. I TOLD THEM THAT I WASN'T EVEN SURE IF IT WAS THE SAME TOOTH AND HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT(AND HE HAD NO PATIENTS SO IT WASNT LIKE HE WAS BUSY) HE SAID THAT IF I WANTED HIM TO LOOK AT IT I HAVE TO GIVE HIM $40 B/C HE ALREADY TOLD ME NO. THIS DENTIST IS OBVIOUSLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. ALSO MY HUSBAND HAD AN APPT THE SAME DAY AS ME THE FIRST TIME- HAD A CLEANING AND WAS IN SOOO MUCH PAN FOR 4 DAYS AFTER A CLEANING...THAT IS NOT NORMAL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST ONE BIT. I DO HAVE TO SAY HIS SECRETARY WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. (PORT JEFFERSON OFFICE)
