From the moment you call, Kristi is so kind on the phone. I was having trouble with my insurance and having to travel into town for it. She was very welcoming and kind when giving me directions and making sure I’d have no issues when I arrived.

Mia the hygienist is so sweet! I’m sorry if I got her name wrong. You can immediately tell she’s intelligent and caring. She was professional and kind.

Dr. Gatti- Are you kidding me?? This man is wonderful! I was so nervous to get my root canal and he was so calming. He told me a dozen times how proud he was of me and how great I was doing. He kept updating me on how much time was left. And the best part, he was even nicer to his hygienist and kept telling her good job. They worked seamlessly together A doctor who’s nice to his staff? Yes please! He really treated me like his own family I think. I’m thankful for him!

Worst dentist ever. Dr. Gatti performed a root canal on my son a year ago and now it is infected (how a root canal gets infected-you draw your own conclusions). Due to a past due balance for work that obviously is terrible Dr. Gatti refused to see my son. This is a dentist that does not stand behind his work. There are hoards of terrible reviews about this dentist and his horribly rude staff on the internet-beware and take it from me. Do not go to him or his office. If something goes wrong, he will not stand behind it.

They did not try to get to know me at all, they barely knew my name.

When we first arrived there, i thought oh this looks like a nice place, but looks are deceiving. I was referred here for my 8 yr old son to have a root canal. Now let me begin by telling you out of all 3 of my children he is the one with a high tolerance of pain. He's been to the dentist before and had work done and not a tear. The nurse said we are going to take him back and do X-rays and come back out to get you, but before that i had taken my son to use the restroom and a dentist came to the front desk and stated and I quote "whose my next patient i need to hurry up and get going" so right there i knew his root canal wasn't going to get done today that they may have to reschedule. Not more than 2 mins later my son comes out crying. I was like whats wrong and the nurse started telling us that they couldn't do the xrays, he wouldn't let them put the equipment in his mouth. I had asked my son do you want me to go back there with you and she said and I quote again " oh he's not going to see him again" I was like oookay. So we left and we began speaking to my son asking what happened were they too rough or what. He said that it did hurt a little and he started to whine a little and the doctor rudely said how old are you are you a baby then stop your whining, how professional is that.So my husband who was with us called the office to speak with the dentist but of course he had left already. Oh by the way this was at 10:30am and it was a nice day so he must have left to go play golf. Their staff was not friendly at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
