I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. My only complain is when I tried to call and kept getting the fax machine.
